     Should our client have an interest in raising some minority equity capital, oftentimes the Subordinated Lender with which we choose to work will either invest in equity, or they will know some outside Private Equity firms which would likely have an interest in participating. 

     If this is not the case, then we can go out to the marketplace and get equity offers for our client. But our initial marketing efforts will certainly be focused on those sub debt lenders which invest in what we are seeking for our clients, and they will be given priority in the process.
