SubordinatedDebt.com was begun by Richard Lazarow who has been involved in the finance industry for his entire career, and has been an investment banker since 2009, having raised in excess of $260 million in debt and equity capital for his clients in myriad industries, such as consumer products, technology, energy, trucking, real estate (multifamily, office and hotel), manufacturing, value-added distribution, and many others.
Prior to that, Richard was an equity portfolio manager and stock analyst with investment firms in New York for in excess of 15 years. Richard graduated from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania with a BSE in Finance and received an MBA with honors from NYU’s Stern School of Business, also in Finance.
